Water Treatment Services has developed a versatile family of high molecular weight polyelectrolyte’s to facilitate the wide variety of liquid/solids separation processes involved in water reclamation, raw water clarification, metallic and non-metallic mineral beneficiation, flotation and concentration.
Deposit control agents
Water Treatment Services deposit control agents effectively control scale under alkaline water conditions. This eliminates the need to use acid, and consequently, eliminates the problems associated with acid treatment, such as corrosion, handling of dangerous chemicals and high maintenance costs.
Antifoam
Low cost liquid antifoam agents are available from Water Treatment Services for use in both high and low temperature operation. Products are approved for potable use at use concentrations specified in the particular product bulletin.
Corrosion Control
Corrosion control is optimized by selection of the proper deposit inhibitor program and the removal of corrosive gases such as oxygen. Many plants find that scavenging oxygen can significantly reduce corrosion in flash chambers. For such purposes, Water Treatment Services maintains a line of super catalysed oxygen scavenger products.
